Diagnosis:
The old 240v 5a quickblow fuse is not going to cut it. Its too sensitive and the clients not replacing the batteries for a bit longer. We can make some adjustments that will satisfy the customer. Adding a quick change screw in fuse holder and uping the amperage to 8a vs 5a on the quickblow ceramic fuse should alleviate the customers issue.
